In Part One, we wander through the unseen — the energetics, the subtle layers of your multidimensional being. Together, we meet the many selves that live within you: your inner child, your inner teenager, your inner mother and father, your divine feminine/masculine, your higher self, and your inner divine lover. Through gentle mirror work and guided inquiry, you’ll learn how to listen — truly listen — to what each part of you needs, and begin the practice of giving it to yourself with tenderness and presence.
In Part Two, we bring theory into practice. You’ll learn how to create your own sacred space — a Love Temple that exists wherever you are. I’ll guide you through a bouquet of hands-on healing techniques, a breathwork practice, and intuitive rituals that you can explore, adapt, and make entirely your own. This is not about rigid steps, but about discovering your personal rhythm with healing.
